HOW SERVICE WORKS
Start by making an appointment and tell us what your bike needs. Once we have the bike in hand, we'll assess the work, confirm any required parts, and give you a clear estimate before moving forward. If we uncover anything beyond the original scope, we'll contact you before adding work.
Turnaround depends on the scope of service, parts availability, and seasonal volume, but our goal is to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We'll confirm timing when your bike is checked in. 24-hour expedited service is available for $100.
SERVICE RATES
Tune up and a la carte pricing is based on our rate of $150 an hour but may vary depending on the complexity of the service.
Our service packages and a la carte options do not include the price of the components being installed unless otherwise noted.
We stand behind the work that leaves our service course. If something we performed doesn't feel right, contact us and bring the bike back. We'll inspect it and make it right.

What bikes do you work on?
We focus on modern performance road bikes, but we are able to service any road, gravel, CX, TT/Tri, or Mountain bike. We only work on e-bikes from Cervelo and BMC.
How do I book a service appointment?

What if I don't know what service I need?
No problem, you don't need to diagnose the problem before you book. Tell us what you're experiencing and we'll take it from there.
