Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Oversized items such as: complete bicycles, bicycle frames, wheelsets, and indoor trainers DO NOT qualify for free shipping. Charges will be shown at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Timelines
Orders placed before 11am PST will generally ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend, on recognized holidays, or on Monday will typically ship the next business day.
For standard shipping, orders will typically arrive 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery arrival times are estimates and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Next Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PST in order to guarantee same day shipment and next day delivery.
Exclusions from Estimated Shipping
Estimated Shipping Timelines and Free Shipping Offers do not apply to:
- Products shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
- PO boxes & APO addresses
- Pre-orders or back orders
