Refund policy

All returns must be received within 30 calendar days in new, unused, and saleable condition. Items not eligible for returns, or exchanges, include:

  • Bicycles built with custom geometry
  • Consignment/Used Bicycles
  • Nutrition items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the wrong item was received or the item was damaged upon arrival. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the delivery of any returned items, and must provide us with a valid tracking number from the shipper.

We utilize self-serve returns for customer convenience, and these can be accessed through the customer's account portal.

REFUNDS, WARRANTIES & EXCHANGES

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in new and saleable condition, the same condition it was in when you received it. Any item that has been used, installed, or damaged before being returned will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you. We will inspect the item upon receipt and determine if it qualifies for a return. If it does qualify for a return, we will process the return in 3-5 business days. If the item has been used and is not in the same condition as when we shipped it, it will be returned to you at your expense.


Warranties
Items returned for warranty consideration will be replaced if the warranty applies. Warranty only covers defects in workmanship and materials. The Métier Racing & Coffee warranty covers material defects and defects in workmanship. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise from Métier, please contact us. Upon receipt of an item, the nature of the defect/damage will be investigated and a determination will be made based on the findings. In cases covered by warranty, Métier Racing & Coffee will honor the manufacturer's warranty and defective/damaged items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Exchanges
To exchange an item purchased from us for a different one, the customer will need to place a new order for the correct item and return the unwanted item for a refund. A customer return referencing a replacement order number will not be charged a restocking fee.
