Your feet are like fingerprints—no two are exactly alike, and the generic insoles that come with your cycling shoes offer minimal support, leading to inefficient power transfer, pain, and poor biomechanics. Custom foot beds from Sidas solve this through semi-rigid arch support, a metatarsal button, strategic cushioning, and a contoured fit that only heat-molding can offer. We mold them during your session, and wrap things up with a quick test in our studio. Sessions are about 60 minutes in duration.
