SEATTLE'S CYCLING CAFE

BEER, COFFEE, WINE, & BIKE RACING IN CAPITOL HILL.

CYCLING & CAFE

Coffee has been part of European racing culture for decades. It has been part of ours from the beginning.

A Seattle cafe for before, during, and after the ride. Coffee, food, racing, and the culture surrounding all of it.

A CAFE IN A BIKE SHOP

It’s not a novel idea, but we’ve been serving coffee in our Capitol Hill bike shop since 2014.

Racing in Europe taught us cafe culture. Coffee marked the beginning, the end, and sometimes the middle of the training ride. It gave us energy, it kept us warm, and it brought us together.

This is our perspective. This is our vision.

COFFEE WE SERVE

We serve Handlebar Coffee, roasted by our friends down in Santa Barbara, California.

Handlebar was founded by former professional cyclists, like Métier, and they’re dedicated to espresso-centric cafe culture like we are.

BAKED GOODS WE SERVE

This isn’t your standard cafe baked goods display. We’re serving up sweet and savory carbs from our west-side friends at Little Jaye Bakery.

Mega rice crispies, cream-filled donuts, bagels, and sandwiches on the weekend - these treats hit different, and they’re the perfect post-ride refuel.

BEER AND WINE

Raise a glass with us.

Our cafe is proud to serve cold pints and schooners from Metier Brewing, Peroni, and Duvel.

We also serve wine by the glass from Mark Ryan, and champagne from Fatcork.

OUR CAFE SETUP

Our setup is as premium as the bikes we build. Our bar is built around a La Marzocco espresso machine, commercial grinders, and Handlebar beans roasted in Santa Barbara. The equipment is selected for temperature stability, consistency, and the perfect shot every pour.
