Our Essential Bike Fit is a professional bike fitting experience for all levels of cyclists who want to improve their efficiency and prevent overuse injuries. Relying on a biomechanical assessment, and precision instruments, we fine-tune saddle height, saddle fore/aft position, handlebar reach, and cleat alignment for optimal ankle, knee, and hip alignment. The Essential Fit does not include strength and conditioning advice, or motion capture technology.
