Stock frame, and components of your choice. Tailored builds are a la carte, in that the frame and components are sold separately. 

Building a bike this way gives you the freedom to customize the spec exactly how you want, and that's especially handy when the manufacturer's spec just doesn't cut it.

Tailored builds start with a New Bike Sizing Session where we establish the frame size, riding position, and component dimensions before you buy.

We specialize in builds from the brands we carry, but we can build any bike - just bring the vision.

Fully custom bicycles

A fully custom bicycle is one where the frame geometry is designed based on your fit data.

We fit you, send the data to the manufacturer, they build the frame, and then we assemble the bike to your specifications.

There's nothing stock about a custom bicycle. 

We work with the frame manufacturer to build your frame, with geometry designed around your riding position, anatomy, and how you ride. The fit doesn't get more perfet than this.

Every Custom Bike project starts with our Custom Bike Fit. Here, we establish your optimal position, dimensionally build your bike, then send this data to the frame builder.

You select the components, we coordinate the project, and when it's ready, we assemble your bike to the highest standard.

We partner with Enve, Mosaic, Passoni, and Sarto to make your custom bike dreams a reality.

Measure twice, buy once

Our approach is fit first. Your new bicycle build project, whether it's a tailored build or fully custom, starts on our fully-adjustable fit bike.

By starting with a sizing, we ensure the fit of your new bike is right before you buy, preventing expensive mistakes down the line, simplifying the buying process, and making sure your new bike is built to perfection.

Tailored builds start with a Sizing Session (from $295). Custom builds start with a Custom Bike Fit (from $600).

The Purchase

Logistics and coordination

Acquiring the parts necessary for a build takes knowledge and expertise, especially for fully custom bikes. We help you make your vision a reality.

Once we've established the project scope, we send you an estimate for approval. You pay a deposit, and we get the ball rolling.

We handle the logistics and coordination so you can sit back and daydream about your new bike.

Project logistics and coordination is included in all builds.

Assembled to the highest standard

Once everything arrives, we get into assembly. Our service technicians reach out to confirm your assembly appointment, and get started on the build when the day arrives.

If we run into any issues along the way, we'll reach out and inform you before doing any more work.

Bike build FAQS

What kinds of bikes do you build?

We specialize in builds from BMC, Cervelo, Enve, and Factor, but we can build any bike, just tell us your vision.
Can I only buy a bike from a brand you carry?

Sort of. Your tailored build can be from any manufacturer, but your custom build has to be from a manufacturer we work with.
How much does a build cost?

Service fees for tailored bicycle builds start at $895 ($295 for the sizing, $600 for professional assembly). Service fees for custom bicycles start at $1200 ($600 for the fit, $600 for professional assembly).

Does purchasing a Sizing Session or Custom Bike Fit lock me into the project?

No it does not. When we begin the ordering process, and you pay a deposit on your final build estimate, you are then locked into your project.
What is the typical turnaround time for a build?

Our goal is to complete your build as quickly as possible, but turnaround times are impacted by communication efficiency, parts availability, and seasonal volume. We'll confirm timing at specific intervals during the build process. We also offer 24-hour expedited service for an additional $100.
Why would I want a bike built for me instead of buying directly online?

That's simple. Bikes sold online aren't built to fit you. Next thing you know, you're installing shorter cranks, a wider saddle, and longer stem just to get the bike to fit. Your bike should fit from the beginning, not after you've bought it.
Where can I see what bikes you've built in the past?

What happens if I am not satisfied with a part of my build?

Our goal is to build you a bike you're stoked on. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll do our best to correct it.
