This focused session adjusts fore/aft, lateral, and rotational cleat position to optimize joint alignment, pedaling comfort, and stability at the shoe–pedal interface. It’s ideal if you’ve purchased new cycling shoes and need to accurately transfer cleat position, or if a recent position change requires your cleats to be updated to match. Once set, we confirm alignment and comfort while pedaling to ensure everything tracks cleanly and consistently.

This service assumes a proper bike fit is already in place. Without one, cleat adjustments are ineffective—and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
