BIKE FITTING
Position, Optimized.
Position, Optimized.
Eliminate pain, optimize power output, or dial in your new bike setup. We are Seattle’s most comprehensive bike fitting studio.
Bike fitting is both an art and a science in that data, and experience, are equally essential. Our comprehensive bike fitting services are tailored to optimize your comfort, efficiency, and performance, whether you're cycling on road, or off road. With over 50 years of combined experience in bike fitting and performance cycling, our certified and professional bike fitters use a data-driven and personalized approach to improve your cycling comfort and efficiency. From road enthusiasts and seasoned triathletes, to cross-country mountain bikers and gravel racers, we help every rider find their ideal position on the saddle.
Our fitters aren't generalists - they're former bike racers, and world-class coaches with a careers-worth of experience optimizing performance for athletes spanning road, gravel, triathlon, and mountain disciplines.
Precision Instruments like Velogic 3D motion capture and GebioMized Pressure Mapping give you real-time visualization of your pedaling mechanics, and your position on the bike - not just a fitter's eye, but quantitative data you can see and that validates every adjustment we make.
We are a full-service shop, not just a fit studio. When fitting reveals an equipment issue - saddle width, bar shape, cleat type - we can solve it in the same visit. If you've been sized for a new bike, we can order it to your specifications.
Our space is one-of-a-kind, with a large, private, dedicated fit studio, and authentic french bakery in addition to our service course and retail space. We are centrally located in the heart of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, and in close proximity to Seattle's most legendary local loops.
Transform your cycling performance through the most comprehensive and data-driven bike fit in Seattle.
Our Signature Bike Fit offers the most comprehensive bike fitting service available, transcending mere adjustments, by providing a data-driven 3D analysis of your pedaling mechanics in real time through Velogic Fit’s 3D motion capture software. This visual feedback, along with insights gained from a thorough biomechanical assessment, enables our expert bike fitters to fine-tune saddle height, saddle fore/aft position, handlebar reach, and cleat alignment for optimal ankle, knee, and hip alignment. Once adjustments are made, we repeat the motion capture process to ensure your most comfortable and efficient neutral riding position.
Best for: riders chasing performance gains, triathlete position development, or anyone who wants quantitative validation of every position change. If you've been fitted before and want to go deeper, this is your session.
$495 (Road/Gravel/Mountain), $550 (TT)
Our Essential Bike Fit is a professional bike fitting experience for all levels of cyclists who want to improve their efficiency and prevent overuse injuries. It differs from our Signature Fit in that our expert bike fitters do not use motion capture technology. Rather, they rely on a biomechanical assessment, and precision instruments to fine-tune saddle height, saddle fore/aft position, handlebar reach, and cleat alignment for optimal ankle, knee, and hip alignment. The Essential Fit does not include strength and conditioning advice.
Best for: riders experiencing pain or discomfort, those setting up a new bike, or cyclists who want a professional baseline without motion capture. The most popular starting point for Seattle riders new to professional fitting.
COST: $395 (Road/Gravel/Mountain) , $450 (TT)
Confused on what bike size is right for you? Our New Bike Sizing Session is a bike fit that ensures your new bike is the perfect fit for you, whether you purchase a bike through us, or on your own. We begin with a comprehensive interview to learn about your riding goals and interests, and a mobility screen to help us determine the best geometry for you. We then “build” your bike using our fully adjustable Retul MUVE fit bike to determine optimal frame size, bar width, stem length, crank length, seatpost set back and saddle width. We then capture all measurements and send you a detailed fit report. When your new bike arrives, our mechanics will utilize your fit data to make any changes to stock parts that you have requested. Once your bike is completed, we bring you back in for a final fit, making adjustments to your bike, and your shoe/cleat setup to get you completely dialed.
Best for: anyone buying a new road, gravel, or TT bike and wants to eliminate the guesswork on frame size, stem length, and component spec before or after purchase. Buying wrong size is a costly mistake — this session prevents it.
COST: $295 (Road/Gravel/Mountain) , $345 (TT)
Your feet are like fingerprints—no two are exactly alike, and the generic insoles that come with your cycling shoes offer minimal support, leading to inefficient power transfer, pain, and poor biomechanics. Our custom foot bed session, powered by Sidas, solves these issues through semi-rigid arch support, a metatarsal button, strategic cushioning, and a contoured fit that only heat-molding can offer. We mold them during your session, and wrap things up with a quick test in our studio.
Best for: riders with foot hotspots, numbness, or knee tracking issues that persist after a full fit. Also valuable for anyone with flat arches, high arches, or a history of lower-leg injuries.
COST: $325 (Including Foot Bed)
Every rider is unique, and a traditional foam saddle offers only an approximate solution to a very specific issue: rider comfort. One-to-One by Fizik is a precision bike fit service that delivers a fully custom bicycle saddle, built specifically for your body and how you sit on the bike. Using dynamic pressure mapping in our fit studio, we measure real-world riding positions to identify stability, pelvic tilt, and pressure hotspots that often cause saddle sore issues, numbness, and pain.
Based on this data, Fizik’s proprietary algorithm selects the ideal Fizik saddle shape, and uses it to design a unique 3D-printed lattice structure tuned for support, comfort, and power transfer. Your data is sent to Fizik along with your choice of rail configuration (R3 Steel or R1 Carbon), where your 1 to 1 custom saddle is manufactured. Once installed, we schedule a follow-up session that confirms pressure improvements and ensures your custom saddle performs exactly as intended.
Gone are the days of finding the right saddle. Let's make it.
Best for: rider's who can't find the perfect fitting saddle, or have asymmetries that require additional support at the saddle.
COST: $125 + $499 (R3 Steel) OR $599 (R1 Carbon)
Our Saddle Sizing Session uses pressure mapping technology to remove the guesswork and help you find the right bike saddle for your anatomy and riding style.
We begin with a foundational fit check to confirm proper joint alignment, then use pressure mapping technology to measure how you load the saddle across multiple riding positions. Using this data, we test and select saddle options that provide the correct support and stability based on how you actually ride.
Once the best saddle match is identified, we install it and remap during the same session to confirm improved pressure distribution and comfort. The result is a saddle choice backed by measurable data, not trial and error.
Best for: riders who've tried multiple saddles without solving comfort issues, or anyone experiencing numbness or soft-tissue pressure on longer rides.
COST: $150
Our Cleat Fit Session is designed to fine-tune your connection to the bike, ensuring your shoes, pedals, and body are working together as one system.
During your session, we assess your riding style, movement patterns, and lower-body biomechanics, then precisely adjust cleat fore/aft, lateral, and rotational position. The goal is simple: clean joint tracking, balanced pressure, and consistent comfort while pedaling. This service is especially valuable if you’ve purchased new cycling shoes, changed your position, or want to verify that your current cleat setup still supports how you ride today.
A proper cleat fit assumes a well-established bike fit—without one, cleat adjustments can’t do their job. When that foundation is in place, however, cleat alignment becomes one of the most impactful and cost-effective ways to improve comfort, reduce injury risk, and ride with more confidence.
Best for: riders with new shoes, recent position changes, or persistent knee and hip discomfort despite a solid base fit. Often the most cost-effective single intervention for pedaling comfort.
COST: $175
