Finding the right saddle has traditionally been trial and error: different brands, different widths, different shapes. It’s time-consuming. It’s expensive. And it’s guesswork. You’re lucky if you find the perfect one, let alone one that’s tolerable.
And look, the reason things have been this way is because traditionally, saddles are designed based on approximation. You are not an approximation. Your anatomy, and the way you pedal is highly specific.
One-to-One by Fizik replaces approximation with specificity.
WHAT IS ONE-TO-ONE?
One-to-One is a precision saddle fit service that delivers a fully custom 3D-printed Fizik saddle, built specifically for your anatomy and your riding style.
Using dynamic pressure mapping technology developed with GebioMized, we measure how you actually load the saddle while riding your own bike in real-world positions. Stability under load, pelvic tilt, peak pressure hotspots, and position changes between tops, hoods, and drops - this is real data, captured while you ride your own bike.
Fizik’s proprietary algorithm then selects the ideal base saddle shape for your riding style. We test it to confirm the fit, and remap to understand how you sit on that specific shape. This base shape becomes the foundation for a custom 3D-printed lattice structure tuned precisely to your pressure profile.

The One-to-One saddle is adaptive to your individual load pattern. It’s supportive specifically where pressure is the greatest, it helps compensate for asymmetries, it is designed to reduce numbness and saddle sores, and it is optimized for stability and efficient power transfer.

Our process has three primary steps. All One-to-One custom saddle sessions take place in the Métier fit studio using your bike mounted on a Wahoo Kickr Rollr, and the Fizik One-to-One toolset.
1. DYNAMIC PRESSURE DATA COLLECTION
We record pressure data on your current saddle across all relevant riding positions. This establishes your real-world load profile and identifies key stability and comfort issues.
2. SHAPE MATCHING & CUSTOM DESIGN
Fizik’s algorithm selects the optimal saddle platform for your riding style (road, gravel, TT, triathlon). We capture a baseline map on that shape, and your data is sent to Fizik’s Carbon Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) 3D printing system to create your custom lattice padding.
3. BUILD & VERIFICATION

The Fizik One-to-One program is a precision bike fit service that delivers a fully custom bicycle saddle, built specifically for your anatomy and how you sit on the bike. Using dynamic pressure mapping in our fit studio, we analyze real-world riding positions to identify stability, pelvic tilt, and pressure hotspots that commonly lead to saddle sore, numbness, and discomfort. The result is a custom 3D-printed Fizik saddle designed to improve comfort, consistency, and on-bike performance.

I already have a saddle I like - why would I get a custom saddle?
Tolerable does not mean optimized. If you have a saddle you already like, that is great starting point, but a custom saddle will offer a greater level of support in unique areas, and address any compensatory movements you may have - a stock saddle cannot do that.
Is the One-to-One saddle compatible with gravel riding, mountain bike riding, or TT/Triathlon?
Absolutely. We select a base Fizik saddle shape based on your anatomy and your riding style. This is the foundation of your custom saddle, and is discipline-specific as well as anatomically-specific.
How is this different from a regular bike fit?
This is dynamic pressure mapping session that produces a custom saddle, built from your data, not a bike fit. It assumes your rider position is properly fit to begin with.
Is a custom saddle really worth it?
Consider how valuable comfort and performance are to you.
Additionally, consider the cost of buying multiple saddles to find the right shape, and the days/weeks spent on each saddle to determine whether they're the right fit.
How long does the One-to-One process take?
The short answer is 4 weeks, but let's dive a bit deeper.
The custom fit session is 45 minutes to an hour. Production lead time from Fizik is about 3 weeks. Your optional follow-up timing may vary, but that session is an about 30 minutes.
What if I don't like the One-to-One saddle?
We won't let you leave without a saddle that fits perfectly. We use multiple tests, a follow up session, unique pressure mapping data, your riding style, and your input to produce a custom saddle that is ensured to fit.
