Unlike a standard 20-minute FTP test, INSCYD offers a comprehensive analysis of your endurance performance, enabling your coach to craft highly personalized training plans tailored to your physiological strengths and weaknesses. We conduct this test in our fit studio, on a Watt Bike. You can either take the test and send data to your coach, or you can add a consultation with us and we will discuss your results with you, and how they relate to your training.
